ORDERING METHODS:

For your convenience we offer secure on-line shopping, we also accept orders by fax, phone or mail if internet access is not available.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payments may be made by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, 
Money Orders and Personal Cheques.

We accept Credit Card payments with Visa, BankCard and MasterCard. If you prefer to fax through credit card details, you are more than welcome to fax to our secure office on (02)4294 4021. 

Direct Deposit* Account details are provided upon confirmation at the check out. The details will also be listed on your order confirmation, which is e-mailed at the time of placing your order.

FREIGHT COSTS AND DISPATCH INFORMATION:

Please note: Due to packaging costs, our minimum order is $10.00. Thank you for your understanding.

 We now have small cardboard boxes to keep paper and stickers flat and far more protected than in satchels. 

We also offer Registered Post for all orders over $50 at no extra charge, for the added safety of your goods.

We trust this new freight structure will be of benefit to you.

Our new freight costs are as follows;

151 - 350 g $5.50
351 - 500 g $6.25
501 - 1kg $6.95
1.1 - 2 kg $7.50
2 - 3 kg  $8.70
Heavy & Oversized items  eg:Cuttlebug, Sizzix Bigshot, Trolleys & paper racks $15.00

*Most orders fit in the first 3 Weight Categories.

**Please note that deliveries to the 2508 Postcode area will be delivered free of charge.

Orders are packed with care and usually sent within 1-2 working days. Please allow normal Australia Post delivery times to receive your order. We strive to have the delivery to you within 3-5 working days.
Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit by Australia Post. We are happy to quote you for Express Post, or insured parcels for your own peace of mind.

We aim to have full stock of our items, but if in busier periods an item is temporarily unavailable we shall inform you when processing your order.

REFUND POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e mail, phone or fax within 5 working days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange/refund. Please note however, that all items returned must be in original condition and  packaging.

Please note that descriptions and images of each product are provided for your convenience. Colours may vary slightly however, due to the scanning process and different computer resolutions.
If you have any queries about a particular product, please don't hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order.
