Payments may be made by Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Paypal and Cash/card at Pick up.
We accept Credit Card payments with Visa and MasterCard.
Direct Deposit* Account details are provided upon confirmation at the check out. The details will also be listed on your order confirmation, which is e-mailed at the time of placing your order.
*Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared and deposited to our account.

FREIGHT COSTS AND DISPATCH INFORMATION:
Please note: Due to packaging costs, our minimum order is $10.00. Thank you for your understanding.
We have a fixed postage price of $7.95 within Australia
Orders are packed with care and usually sent within 1-2 working days. Please allow normal Australia Post delivery times to receive your order. We strive to have the delivery to you within 5 working days.
We aim to have full stock of our items, but if in busier periods an item is temporarily unavailable we shall inform you when processing your order. The customer will be notified of any back order items to be delivered within 2 weeks.
We will inform you and seek further customer instructions, should there be a longer delay.
Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit by Australia Post. We are happy to quote you for Express Post, or insured parcels for your own peace of mind.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by e mail, phone or fax within 5 working days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange/refund. However, all items returned must be in original condition and packaging, return freight is at the cost of the customer except in the case of a faulty item.
Please note that descriptions and images of each product are provided for your convenience. Colours may vary slightly however, due to the scanning process and different computer resolutions.
